Why Did DA Michael McCann Share an Address with Jeff Dahmer?
We knew there was something strange about Jeff Dahmer's alleged 1988 arrest for supposedly molesting Somsack Sinthasomphone.
Jeff Dahmer was supposedly arrested in 1988 on charges of sexually abusing 13-year-old Somsack Sinthasomphone. However, we located a lengthy list of the previous tenants of 808 N. 24th Street and guess whose name isn’t on it?
Jeff Dahmer’s.
That’s right. There’s no record of Jeff ever having lived at that address.
But we hit pay dirt. We found the name of someone else associated with this case on the list of past tenants at 808 N. 24th Street. Make sure you’re sitting down for this one….
It was the DA who prosecuted Jeff Dahmer in 1991, Michael McCann.
So, it kinda looks like the DA fabricated the charge against Jeff Dahmer, doesn’t it? The question is…why? To answer that question - or at least try to - we need to look closely at DA Michael McCann and the Sinthasomphone family.
The Sinthasomphone family was brought to the US from Laos with the help of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. The New York Times wrote an article about the family. Click on the images below to read the article:
After arriving in the US from Laos, the Sinthasomphone family developed a relationship with Father Peter Burns, a Roman Catholic priest and pedophile who was eventually convicted of second-degree sexual assault against a minor (male).
Father Peter Burns spent just under a year in prison (work release). For more information about him, see the website Bishop Accountability and this 104-page PDF from the Archdiocese of Milwaukee.
District Attorney Michael McCann, a staunch Catholic, was a close friend of Archbishop Rembert Weakland. Weakland, who was gay, presided over a scandal-ridden archdiocese that eventually had to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in 2011 because of its numerous sex abuse lawsuit liabilities. In 2019, the Archdiocese of Milwaukee even removed Weakland’s name from its headquarters complex and cathedral center.
So, back to Jeff Dahmer’s alleged arrest (Second Degree Sexual Assault and Enticing a Child for Immoral Purposes) on September 27, 1988, for supposedly molesting Somsack Sinthasomphone. Here’s the record from the FBI files. Notice anything curious about this felony arrest?
It was a felony arrest without any mugshots:
Why didn't they take a mugshot? They had an alleged sex offender. They didn’t want his photo in the database?
Information in the FBI Vault also shows that no mugshot was taken for Jeff Dahmer’s alleged arrest on September 8, 1986, for lewd and lascivious behavior and indecent exposure:
See What's the Truth about Jeff Dahmer's Previous Arrests? for more information.
Somsack Sinthasomphone was also only 13 years old. That means the police couldn’t have taken a statement from him without the presence of his parents or another adult relative. Someone had to be present during the identification and his return to 808 N. 24th Street, where everything happened.
If so, why didn't any of the family members know what Jeff looked like?
Somsack Sinthasomphone’s older brother repeatedly said they had no idea what Jeff Dahmer looked like. They didn’t even know Jeff’s name or where he lived. Have a listen:
Listen carefully to Milwaukee police Lt. Scott Schaefer describe how Somsack Sinthasomphone identified Jeff Dahmer. The man shown here questioning Lt. Scott Schaefer is DA Michael McCann:
- But prior to leaving, I showed SS a number of photographs, including the person who had been identified by the apartment manager, and SS positively identified Jeffrey Dahmer as the person who had taken him to his apartment and taken these photos.
- This is what you refer to in police work as a photo array. Is that correct?
- Yes.
- And you had Mr Dahmer's picture on file from an earlier case where he had indecently exposed himself.
- That is correct
So Somsack Sinthasomphone and the apartment manager both identified Jeff from a photo that we now know does not exist because, in 1986, when he was arrested for indecent exposure, no photo was taken.
We also know - as noted above - that Jeff Dahmer’s name is not associated in public records with the address where this molestation allegedly happened. The DA’s name is.
Something else, note that what they claimed Jeff Dahmer did - Second Degree Sexual Assault and Enticing a Child for Immoral Purposes - is exactly what Father Peter Burns was convicted of.
From the files of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee about Father Peter Burns:
District Attorney Michael McCann isn’t the only key player in this “serial killer” story connected to the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. There are others…
District Attorney Michael McCann’s, Assistant DA was Gregory J. O'Meara. This man is now known as Rev Gregory J. O'Meara, and he’s the rector of the Marquette University Jesuit Community.
Jeff Dahmer's attorney, Gerald Boyle, was representing priests accused of sexual assault against minors.
From Bishop Accountability.org:
Judge William Gardner, the man who - according to the official story - sentenced Jeff Dahmer to a year in prison for molesting Somsack Sinthasomphone, had worked for Michael McCann at one time and said deaf students who were sexually molested by Father Lawrence Murphy were ''making up stories''. See For Years, Deaf Boys Tried to Tell of Priest’s Abuse for more information.
The two officers, Balcerzak and Gabrish, who supposedly returned a bleeding “Konerak” Sinthasomphone to Jeff Dahmer, helped Gerald Boyle defend the accused Capuchin priests and brothers:
Finally, have a look at this side-by-side image of Somsack Sinthasomphone and “Konerak Sinthasomphone,” the boy Jeff Dahmer supposedly murdered in 1991.
Another excellent article and some very compelling findings! The evidence is irrefutable.
This is an interesting article. What are these photos of Dahmer - when/why were they taken if not at the time of his arrests, including the night of the alleged SS case?
