We're not sure exactly why they created this fake news story. However, most of the main players had connections with the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, including the DA, E. Michael McCann, who was a close friend of the Archbishop.
Curiously, Jeff Dahmer never lived at the address where he supposedly molested Somsack Sinthasomphone in 1988. The DA who prosecuted him in 1991 did though...E. Michael McCann. Was that why they didn't issue a search warrant...because it would have revealed whose name was on the lease? What were they doing in that apartment? Did they also have control over units in the Oxford Apartments? We think they placed Jeff in apartment 213.

Your research is excellent. Sadly, too few read your Substack. I do tell the story about your research as often as I can. It’s a complex story to keep straight because of all of the discoveries and parties involved. I am relieved to know that Jeffrey is not the serial cannibal he has been portrayed to be. His story deserves to be heard.

Lionel probably had no choice. He was implicated in whatever happened to Steven Hicks in 1978.
That makes sense. My late SO, who did his internship at PPG under Lionel, had only good things to say about him.
