Which is impossible of course.
Identifying decomposing fingerprints was still forensically challenging over 20 years later:
How long do fingerprints remain usable? There isn't a lot of research on that subject, unfortunately. But a study published Dec. 22, 2016 in IEEE Xplore and described in a 2017 USA Today article, usable biometric data has been obtained from corpses dead for up to four days in warm weather and as long as 50 days in wintertime.
Keep in mind that one of the alleged identified victims included Matt Turner, supposedly last seen 30 June 1991, almost a month before Jeff Dahmer was arrested.
The forensic team even claims it identified Curtis Straughter’s fingerprints from hands supposedly found in Jeff Dahmer’s closet. Curtis Straughter supposedly disappeared 18 February 1991, five months before Jeff Dahmer was arrested.
Was Jeff a pioneering scientist with preservation skills well ahead of his time?
Below are two excerpts, one from the confession and one from the forensic team's corresponding article:
From Jeff Dahmer’s confession:
From the forensic team's article (p8):
This is the forensic team’s alleged victim timeline:
Below is Table 1 as mentioned in the “Identification of Remains” excerpt above.
In Table 1, under the heading “Identification”, “F” stands for Fingerprints. Note those they have marked “Y”. They are claiming they obtained fingerprints from these people. (The alleged victims are identified by cross-referencing the “last seen” dates in the table with the FIG 7 chronological timeline above.)
Shows what a ridiculous story it all is. Convictions’ without remains or forensic/ circumstantial evidence, skeletal fingerprints, the list goes on.
